WHEN I EMAILED HACENOR FOR HELP YOU GRACIOUSLY SENT ME AN ENTIRE NEW UNIT NO CHARGE WHICH WAS AN ENORMOUS HELP WHEN I NEEDED IT, S O THANK YOUR AGAIN FOR SOLVING THIS PROBLEM PROMPTLY AND SAVING ME A LOT OF MONEY, I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.

Two of my daughters live in WY & I have trouble breathing when visiting. Shortness of breath, fluid in my lungs & O2 levels down. Bought this & walked around with it on 1L & no coughing or SOB! Good machine & just what I needed when there. I live in MN & this will travel with me for any mountain trip.

How can I Order One More Battery? I would love to stay out Longer

I really love this and plan on using it for walks,car trips,and shopping.I ordered 2 more batteries to be on the safe side in case of a power failure.I hope to order more when I can afford it.I did change to a cannula instead of what came with it.
