left side of my i cant breath out of my left Nostril (old injury broken nose)
so i plugged left nasal outlet and the right outlet works great
the canula is very good and adusts to your fit i recomend it

Very easy to use
Haven't had a chance to use it much, haven't needed to, but it's really easy to use and carry and fits nicely in back of the golf cart when I'm playing.
